The internal structure of the traditional water meter can be divided into the shell from the outgoing, sleeve, 3 big inner core.

Shell is made of cast iron, after water out of the water inlet through the bottom of the casing annulus, here called the "ring under the room". In the annular space with "ring on the room" and the outlet is same.
